As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Scottsdale Pediatric Behavioral Services, you will play a crucial role in the implementation of behavior intervention plans (BIPs), working directly with patients to achieve their goals. You will be part of a supportive team, focused on providing the best possible care and making a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients.
- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- Provide direct therapy to children using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques.
- Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) as designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
- Accurately collect data and maintain timely documentation on each child's progress.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to ensure the highest quality of care.
- Maintain a professional and supportive relationship with patients, families, and team members.

- **Attendance**:Your presence and punctuality are essential. Reliable attendance ensures continuity of care for our patients and contributes to the overall effectiveness of our team. Adherence to our attendance policy is critical.
- **Direct Hours**:Direct hours worked with patients are a key indicator of your productivity. Consistently meeting or exceeding expected direct hours reflects your dedication to our mission.
- **Qualifications**:_
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; higher education is a plus.
- Current RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification.
- Strong commitment to providing high-quality care and services.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a background check
