Truck Loader

General Plumbing Supply is NJ's largest independent wholesale distributor of plumbing, heating, cooling and industrial products. With 22 locations and 13 showrooms showcasing decorative kitchen and bath products, GPS is a growing company with an active environment for employees and customers.

GPS is looking for truck loaders for its 3rd shift in Edison. Normal work hours will be 6pm-2am

**What You’ll Do**:

- Securely and accurately load product onto delivery vehicles
- Timely and accurately process incoming shipments
- Efficiently utilize computerized systems and RF technology
- Maintain the quality and accuracy of data
- Keep receiving area clean and neat
- Close down buildings for the night
- Make sure all equipment is returned to the proper location, including forklifts connected to chargers

**Required for Success**:

- Two years warehouse experience using RF handheld devices
- Experience and a record of safety in operating pallet jacks and fork lifts
- Must be physically able to lift up to 50 pounds daily and heavier items occasionally
- Knowledge of plumbing, heating and HVAC products/items helpful

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overnight shift
