Guaranteed Service is currently looking for a Fulltime Recruiter for our Manasquan location. This position provides day to day support of our Management team. The primary duties of this position will include job posting across different platforms, phone interviews, interview coordination, coordinating onboarding, new hire paperwork completion, fielding and making phone calls to fill open positions. This role requires effectively multi-tasking while providing excellent customer service and building solid working relationships with our applicants and team.

**Schedule**:
8-hour shift

Monday to Friday

8:30am-5:00pm

**Duties**:
Phone screening and placement of calls at a heavy volume

Assist with the development and refinement of job descriptions

Post positions to the appropriate job boards

Create, file, and maintain electronic filing system

**Required Technical/ Functional Skills**:
Ability to build effective relationships

Ability to communicate effectively with others, both orally and written.

Ability to remain adaptable and flexible.

Strong organizational skills, including time management and multi-tasking.

PC Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to navigate within various Technology systems.

Must have reliable transportation to and from work.

Pay: $25+ per hour based on experience
