**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the management of a portfolio of properties, including tenant relations, lease administration, maintenance, and financial performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize occupancy, minimize vacancy rates, and optimize rental income.
- Lead and motivate a team of property management professionals, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
- Establish and maintain relationships with property owners, tenants, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations governing property management.
- Prepare and present regular reports on property performance, including financial statements, budget variance analysis, and operational metrics.
- Collaborate with other departments within the organization to drive operational excellence and achieve company goals.
- Assist with sales opportunities and work with investors to buy and sell properties (real estate license a bonus).

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in property management or related field preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of local landlord-tenant laws and regulations.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Real estate license is a bonus.
