Petcosky Companies is looking for a dedicated Sprinkler Fitter Foreman to lead our team in installing and managing fire sprinkler systems. As a foreman, you will ensure projects are completed accurately, on time, and adhere to all safety and quality standards. **Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Oversee the installation and maintenance of fire sprinkler systems according to NFPA and engineering guidelines.
- Install, repair, or replace various types of sprinkler systems including wet, dry, pre-action, deluge, and foam systems.
- Prepare and thread sprinkler pipe, and ensure trucks are stocked with necessary inventory for jobs.
- Manage resources efficiently to complete projects on time while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe job site.
- Supervise and mentor team members, promoting a culture of safety and professionalism.
- Maintain accurate inventory and tools for each project, ensuring everything required is on hand.
- 5+ years' experience proven experience as a Plumber/Pipefitter on Commercial and Industrial projects.
- 1-3 years of field experience in fire sprinkler and backflow systems service.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing and pipefitting techniques, tools, and materials.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work independently and leading a team.
- Ability to pass a MVR, background, and drug screening.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to industry regulations.
- Experience in fire and/or life safety systems.
- Must possess or be willing to attain state Sprinkler and/or Backflow License.
- Proficient knowledge of NFPA codes and ability to implement safety guidelines rigorously.
- Valid driver's license with a record that meets company standards.
- Strong ability to visually inspect, service, and manage sprinkler and backflow systems.

**Schedule**:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm
- Weekend Work with OT Potential

**Work Location**:

- Vestal, NY, 13850 and Surrounding Areas
- Onsite
