Local Company Looking for Dependable House Cleaner - Flexible Schedule and Great Pay - Part-Time

We’re a local company that specializes in short-term rental cleaning. Our roster of properties has expanded and we’re looking to add a part-time to our team

What we’re looking for:
A hard-working and detailed employee with a schedule that can accommodate the turnover windows for this type of property. No experience necessary. If you enjoy detailed work and working in solitude, this could be a great fit

Schedules would vary week-by-week due to rental schedules and we work hard to accommodate based on availability of our team. Hours are typically between 10am-4pm with actual cleaning times varying by property. We prefer someone with availability on weekends as those are typically our busiest days.

What this position would require:

- Driving to and from properties
- Communication with our team on when you’ve arrived and when the job is complete
- Detailed cleaning of each room of the houses which can include but is not limited to:

- Cleaning counter surfaces, floors, appliances
- Stripping and making beds with clean sheets
- Restocking items for next guests
- Removing garbage from house
- Bagging dirty laundry for our team to clean

We provide all cleaning materials and tools. The first weeks of the job will include detailed training and you’ll receive a checklist of items for each property for future reference.

This is a 1099 position and will require a reliable car and driving between properties.

**Pay Structure**: Per property (typically in the $23-$27/hr range)

**Typical Weekly Hours**: Varies from 10-20 hrs depending on property rentals. We will work with you to get the amount of hours you would like

We are a very small local business and really try to take care and build a good relationship with employees. Our opportunities for growth really depend on getting great workers and retaining them which is why we keep our pay rate where it is.
