**Opportunity**

**Responsibilities**

1. Strategic Planning
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, generate demand, and drive revenue growth for educational products and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with product development, sales, and customer success efforts.

2. Project Management/content creation
- Collaborate with creative teams to create high-quality marketing collateral, including sales materials, product guides, blog posts, and videos.
- Ensure consistent and effective communication of product features and benefits.
- Lead brand positioning and strategic alignment.

3. Go-to-Market Strategy:

- Lead the development and execution of go-to-market plans for new product launches and updates, ensuring successful product adoption and market penetration.
- Define target audiences, value propositions, and messaging for different products and services.

4. Messaging and Positioning
- Craft compelling and differentiated product narratives that resonate with target audiences and address their pain points.
- Develop clear positioning and messaging that communicates the unique value of our educational offerings.

5. Demand Generation
- Develop and execute demand generation campaigns to drive interest, engagement, and conversion for educational products and services.

6. Market Research and Insights
- Leverage our research team to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
- Use insights to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.

7. Performance Tracking and Analysis
- Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing actionable insights to optimize strategies and tactics.
- Utilize data to measure the impact of marketing efforts on revenue and brand metrics.

**Qualifications**

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, product lifecycle, and customer segmentation.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
- Experience in developing go-to-market strategies, messaging, and content creation.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make informed decisions.
- Exposure to marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical and financial acumen.
