**Job Summary**:
Provides startup, troubleshooting and end user training for lighting control systems. Can easily read lighting and floor plans and interpret specifications to ensure system installations match the plans and meet the end user's expectations. Has enough expertise to handle complex jobs and work with both internal and external stakeholders to address concerns and drive for project completion.

**Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)**:

- Performs onsite lighting and control startup, troubleshooting and end user training | 55%
- Creates and maintains relationships with key stakeholders to provide differentiated service | 10%
- Provides engineering support and communicates cross-functionally with other departments. | 5%

**Skills and Minimum Experience Required**:

- Associate’s Degree or Technical Degree or equivalent
- 0 to 2 years of relevant experience
- Strong communication, both written and oral.
- Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications.
- Understanding of basic electrical components (relays, drivers, ballasts...).

**Preferred Skills and Experience**:

- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience
- Understanding of lighting control systems.
