Traditional Labor Attorney

Position Summary:
Our California offices have an exciting opportunity for an Attorney, with 3+ years of experience to join the Firm’s expanding practice. The Attorney will primarily focus on traditional labor matters, including but not limited to, union organizing campaigns; training and counseling clients concerning traditional labor issues; assisting with grievance arbitrations; unfair labor practice charges; National Labor Relations Board trials; and policy drafting.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent analytical and writing skills are required.
- Strong writing and public speaking skills are required.
- Outstanding academic credentials preferred (Top 25% of class).
**Benefits**:
- In accordance with California’s amended labor code as stated in Senate Bill 1162, the expected salary range for this California position is between $170,000 and $245,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other job-related factors as permitted by law. A competitive hours-based bonus is also available. This position qualifies for the benefits below._
