**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Assist in food and beverage selection, presenting a menu, and answering guest questionsregarding menu, cuisine, and beverages.
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service
- Collect payment from customers and process transactions accurately
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies and monitoring stock levels

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3-5 years of previous experience as a server in an upscale or fine dining establishment is a MUST
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Outstanding bar knowledge and expertise
- Present a warm and gracious, positive, and professional demeanor
- Strong knowledge of mixology and drink recipes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with the kitchen both verbally and utilizing the POS system
- Knowledge of food handling safety regulations is a plus
- Neat, well-groomed appearance
- Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems is desirable
- Must be at least 21years old
- Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 40 lbs.
- Monitor inventory levels and restock bar supplies as needed
- Time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently

Salary - Job
- Pay: $ 9.00 +Tips
