Job Summary:
**Duties**:

- Prepare and cook delicious and visually appealing dishes in a timely manner
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Lead and motivate kitchen staff to deliver exceptional service
- Collaborate with management on menu planning and pricing strategies
- Oversee catering events and ensure seamless execution
- Manage kitchen operations efficiently to meet customer demands
- Train new employees on kitchen procedures and safety protocols

**Skills**:

- Proficient in food preparation techniques and presentation
- Strong inventory control abilities to minimize waste and optimize costs
- Knowledge of food handling procedures to maintain quality and safety standards
- Excellent team management skills to lead and inspire kitchen staff
- Experience in fine dining establishments preferred
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in kitchen management software is a plus
- Bartending skills are advantageous for creating beverage pairings

Pay: $21.00 - $27.00 per hour

- Culinary experience: 1 year (preferred)
- Cooking: 1 year (preferred)
