**Arms Security Corp is looking for full-time and part-time unarmed security officer with minimum of 2 year's experience in the field, valid PERC card and 20h training certificate.**

We are looking for a security guards who will work in the New Lenox, IL (morning, afternoon or overnight shifts).

**Duties**:

- Patrol and monitor premises regularly to maintain a safe and secure environment
- Protect property and assets by implementing security measures and protocols
- Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems to detect and prevent any security breaches
- Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances promptly
- Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of any security-related incidents
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Provide assistance to customers, employees, and visitors as needed
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies in case of emergencies or incidents

**Skills**:

- Valid security 20 h training certificate
- Prior experience in law enforcement, loss prevention, or security (minimum 4 years)
- Proficient in surveillance techniques and the operation of CCTV systems
- Knowledge of first aid and CPR procedures is a plus
- Strong conflict management skills to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Ability to adapt to different situations and make quick decisions under pressure
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail and ability to observe surroundings carefully
- Familiarity with militarized security procedures is an asset
