**_Shift Type:_**_ _Part-time and Full-Time (Day, Weekend, Evenings, Overnights available)

**WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY-TO-DAY**:

- You don’t mind getting a little dirtythis could include (_but is not limited to_) assisting the patient with activities of daily living such as providing assistance with personal hygiene (_toileting, bathing, care of mouth, skin and hair_), ambulation, eating, dressing, shaving, light housekeeping, and other household chores.
- You don’t have to be a gourmet chef but you can prepare a good meal and work your way around a kitchen.

**OUR BEST TEAM MEMBERS ARE**:

- High school degree or G.E.D. certificate
- Six months experience as a Home Health Aide (HHA) and/or Personal Care Assistant (PCA) in health care (homes or facilities) and successful completion of a State approved Nurse Aide, Home Health Aide (HHA), or Personal Care Assistant (PCA) course.
- Must have a sympathetic attitude toward the care of the sick, and the ability to deal effectively with the demands of the job
- Meets the requirements for employees providing direct patient care
- Read, write, speak, and understand English as needed for the job
- Have a valid driver’s license and use an insured automobile for work or access to adequate transportation
- The Home Health Aide shall have successfully completed a Competency Evaluation that meets the state licensing laws for home health agencies.
- Reliable transportation
- A current CPR certificate is recommended
