**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Create Technical Drawings:

- Create accurate and detailed 2D and 3D drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software (Revit/Autocad) for HVAC systems based on project specifications.
- Develop plans for ductwork, piping, and system components based on engineering specifications and project requirements.
- Ensure drawings accurately reflect dimensions, materials, and installation processes.
- Interpret Specifications: Review and interpret engineering sketches, diagrams, and technical documentation to understand project requirements and design objectives.
- Collaborate with Engineers: Work closely with mechanical engineers, designers, and project managers to develop and refine mechanical system designs and layouts.
- Ensure Compliance: Ensure that designs comply with relevant industry standards, building codes, and regulations related to hvac systems.
- Document Changes: Document and track design changes, revisions, and updates throughout the project lifecycle to maintain accurate records and ensure version control.
- Review Designs: Participate in design reviews and meetings to discuss progress, identify potential issues, and propose solutions to optimize HVAC system designs.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Minimum of Associate’s degree or diploma in mechanical drafting, HVAC technology, or a related field.. Equivalent experience also considered.
- Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software, such as AutoCAD, Revit. Strong understanding of HVAC design principles and installation practices.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations governing mechanical design
- Attention to detail and accuracy in creating technical drawings and schematics.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with engineers and project stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines.
