Description:
**PURPOSE OF THE JOB**: To ship and receive finished products, unfinished parts, supplies and raw materials for Phoenix Products Company, Inc.

**ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS**:
1. Perform assigned duties to ship finished products and also receive raw materials, unfinished parts and supplies (including weighing, assembling/palletizing goods on pallets, coordinating shipping schedules, loading and unloading trucks, and following all company safety rules).

2. Responsible for the storage and movement of materials within the facility and to select and prepare products for shipment to customers.

3. Prepare bills of lading for shipments as needed.

4. Maintain a safe and clean working environment.

5. Use network and PC based computer programs.

6. Follow all company safety rules and procedures.

**NONESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS**:
1. Assist with building assistant tasks as needed

2. Perform other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:
1. Shop safety protocols.

2. Must be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide.

3. Minimum six months related work experience.

4. Must be compute literate.

5. Requires the use of judgment in setting up shipments and contacting freight carriers.

6. Ability to drive fork truck.

7. Ability to work independently with no supervision.

8. Good oral and written communication skills.
