Day-To-Day
- Provides administrative housing support for the CFO, Facilities Director, Accounting and Business Operations staff.
- Composes correspondence, draft agendas, initiate/return phone calls, review incoming correspondence and determine appropriate recipient, maintain various files, for housing.
- Schedules appointments, zoom, and/or teleconferences with VOATX Property Managers and Regional Managers
- Travels to housing properties to gather data and assist CFO and/or Facilities Director
- Creates invoices for housing billing.
- Requests reimbursement checks and follow up on such requests.
- Prepares and analyzes 40+ housing reconciliations by property.
- Analyzes 42 housing financial statements.
- Reviews monthly variance reports from property managers and regional managers.
- Downloads rent roll details and review reconciled cash reports in system.

**Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent plus 2-3 years experience. Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Must have valid Texas Driver License
