**Pay based on experience**:

- Computer knowledge

**Responsibilities**:

- Schedule appointments and organize schedules
- Collect and share information with the general service and automotive technicians
- Maintain communication with customers throughout the repair/diagnostic process
- Track stock and inventory levels
- Organize parts ordered
