**Job Description** AECOM** is seeking a talented and highly motivated **Program Analyst** to support our Energy team’s large utility programs in Southern California.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

- Onboarding
- Participate in program meetings and activities
- Provide materials, notes, etc. to support program meetings and activities
- Track program metrics
- Support program management team
- Client interface

**Qualifications** Minimum Requirements**:

- BA/BS degree in human relations, marketing, management, communications, planning, engineering or a related discipline and 4 years of relevant experience

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Project and organizational skills
- PMP certification or equivalent. Agile or any other project management certifications
- Experience in relevant areas such as engineering, utilities, renewable energy, and/or sustainability
- Strong written and oral communications skills, including copyediting and familiarity with AP style
- Strong organizational skills and ability to synthesize complex materials
- Knowledge and understanding of employee communications methodologies and tools
- Fluency with Microsoft Office products, including strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
