**Responsibilities**:

- Assist clients in buying and selling residential properties.
- Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
- Determine clients' needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
- Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
- Maintain and update listings of available properties.
- Promote sales through advertisements, open houses, and listing services.
- Stay knowledgeable about the real estate market and best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Multiple languages spoken is a plus, but not required.
- Strong customer first service skills.
- Ability to negotiate effectively.
- Sales and goal-oriented mindset.
- Exceptional communication skills.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
