Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist in food preparation, including cutting, chopping, and marinating ingredients
- Support cooks in preparing dishes according to recipes and quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations and equipment
- Assist with bussing tables and dishwashing as needed
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure timely and accurate food orders
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems for order processing
- Contribute to banquet preparations and service as required
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service or restaurant setting is preferred
- Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues
- Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen safety procedures
- Familiarity with culinary terms and equipment is a plus
- Strong multitasking skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
