**Caregiver Responsibilities**:

- Help with activities of daily living, such as walking, bathing, grooming, dressing, eating, and toileting
- Transport clients to and from appointments, errands, and activities
- Assist with light housekeeping
- Remind clients to take their medication
- Monitor and report changes in client’s health and behavior
- Address client needs with respect and attention to safety

**POSITION MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS**:

- Covid Vaccination of at least 2 dose is recommended but not required
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school graduate required or GED
- CPR & First Aid certified, TB Screen, Livescan fingerprints along with Home Care Aide Registry Number.
- Must have a reliable transportation to work

**Salary**:
$16.50 to $18 /hour
