We are a fast-growing company looking for an energetic and highly motivated **Floor** **Waxer/Floor Tech **to join our talented team. Under limited supervision, this role will be responsible for facilitating floor-care and other cleaning duties of assigned areas in and around designated client sites in San Diego.

**ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS**:

- Clean and maintain all types of floor surfaces using a high-speed floor machine, auto-scrubber, carpet extractor and power washer
- Clean stainless-steel elevators, restroom partitions and elevator tracks
- Recognize the different types or floor surfaces and cleaning needs
- Strip, seal, finish and polish floors
- Clean overhead vents, dust blinds and polish wood furniture
- Wash windows, partition glass and mirrors
- Use a tucker pole window washing system
- Adhere to safety protocols and environmental services guidelines
- Assist janitorial crew as needed

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- 3 years experience as a floor tech/Waxer and or other janitorial experience
- Experience using cleaning chemicals for various projects
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
- Good physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks
- Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient completion of duties
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver license
- Legal to Work in the U.S.
- Must have the ability to commute and be comfortable working in multiple locations
- Ability to lift 50lbs

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evenings as needed
- Evening shift
- Nights as needed
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Floor care: 2 years (required)
