**We are seeking experienced Medical Collection Specialists to join our team. They will assist with**:

- Reviewing amounts for underpayment
- Contacting insurance companies on outstanding claims
- Handling corrections and resubmissions of claims
- Processing all appeal requests within the time frame required
- Processing approved adjustments
- Performing other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:
**What we are looking for**:

- Knowledge of medical billing practices and claim reimbursement
- Knowledge of Brightree software is an asset
- Strong working knowledge of insurance denials and appeals processes
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently, be detail-oriented and organized
