This position requires full-time on-site presence at the Mechanicsburg, PA location until you earn your six-month milestone increase.

Upon successfully achieving your six-month milestone increase, you will become eligible to transition to a hybrid working model. Under this hybrid model, your work schedule will include in-office presence on Tuesdays through Thursdays, with the flexibility to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays, provided you maintain good standing within the organization.

**Responsibilities**:
We are seeking exceptional talent to join our Claims organization through the Resolution Associate Program. The Resolution Associate Program is a structured learning and development program perfect for recent graduates or those looking to transition to a new and rewarding career.

Resolution Associates will gain many skills and expertise including:

- Mastering the Art of Investigation: You'll learn to investigate claims with comprehensive instruction, exposure, and preparation, becoming adept at gathering crucial information.
- Sound Decision-Making: You'll gain the skills to analyze and evaluate claims, enabling you to make informed decisions and recommendations.
- Effective Communication: You'll develop the ability to communicate effectively with clients and other stakeholders, building strong relationships that drive success.

**State Licensing**
- Gallagher requires that all its claim personnel who interface with our clients hold an insurance license in the state(s) in which they operate and serve. Requirements for obtaining a license differ by state and you will need to work with your supervisor to register for the state licensing course(s) and/or exam(s). Successful passing of the state insurance exam must be completed within 30 days of start date in order to continue employment in this role.
