Salad Prep

Overview:
We are seeking a Salad and Dessert prep to join our team in the food industry. As a Salad and dessert prep you will play a crucial role in assisting with meal preparation and ensuring food safety. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for culinary arts and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Duties**:

- Prepare and assemble salads and desserts according to established recipes and guidelines
- Wash, peel, and chop vegetables and fruits
- Measure and portion ingredients accurately
- Assist with menu planning and development
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
- Follow proper food handling and storage procedures
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service
- Assist with catering events as needed

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service setting is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Basic culinary skills are a plus

Note: All positions must be paid, including internship positions.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
