Concrete company looking for Foreman.
- Experience in Concrete, Structural and flat work
- Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and other project team members
- Ensure that projects are completed on time, and to the required quality standards
- Monitor and enforce safety regulations and protocols on the job site
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Review and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and specifications
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve any design or construction issues

- Proven experience as a Construction Foreman/Superintendent or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction Concrete processes, techniques, and materials strutural
- Proficient in scheduling, and project management software (e.g., Bluebeam, Prolog)
- Excellent leadership and supervisory skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety protocols
