Duties:
Responsible for providing operational, strategic, and cultural leadership to plan and direct a quality improvement program Hospital-wide. Provides leadership in working collaboratively with SEH and DBH officials to maximize services and resources and to plan, develop and implement a QDTPM program to improve the Hospital’s core patient care/recovery function functions. Ensures training and certification of in-house performance and quality improvement trainers for various performance and quality improvement training programs. Works collaboratively with Executive and management staff to establish a continuous performance and quality improvement, monitoring and reporting system. Directs the overall provision of analytical support and assistance to the organizations regarding a wide array of data and internal system needs. Provides supervisory duties such as; establishes performance standards, evaluates work, provide advice and guidance, identifies training needs, and leave approval.

Qualifications:
Experience in the mental health field and the operations, policies and procedures of a mental health facility or environment.

**Education**

Pay: $123,932.00 - $173,502.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Managing Qual and Perf Program in a mental health setting: 5 years (required)
- SQL: 1 year (preferred)
