Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced SharePoint Online Specialist to join our team. As a SharePoint Online Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing SharePoint Online environments to meet our organization's needs.

**Duties**:
- Manage and maintain SharePoint Online environments, including configuration, customization, and optimization to enhance usability and functionality.
- Design, develop, and implement SharePoint Online solutions to address business requirements and improve workflow efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions within SharePoint Online.
- Provide technical expertise and support to users, troubleshooting issues and providing guidance on best practices.
- Customize SharePoint Online sites, pages, and components to align with organizational branding and user experience standards.
- Monitor SharePoint Online performance and security, implementing measures to ensure data integrity and compliance.
- Stay up-to-date with SharePoint Online advancements and best practices, recommending improvements and implementing new features as appropriate.
- Train end-users on SharePoint Online functionality and capabilities, empowering them to effectively utilize the platform.
- Document configurations, processes, and procedures related to SharePoint Online administration and development.

**Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience working with SharePoint Online, including administration, development, and customization.
- Strong proficiency in SharePoint Online administration, configuration, and customization using SharePoint Designer, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
- Solid understanding of SharePoint Online architecture, features, and capabilities.
- Experience in designing and implementing SharePoint Online solutions to address business requirements.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating business needs into technical solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive and collaborative approach to troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with SharePoint Online security best practices and compliance requirements.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

We offer competitive compensation packages based on experience level. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career growth.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
