**J**ob Description**:
The Home Comfort Advisor will be at the front line of Schagrin Home Comfort Products. Our Home Comfort Advisors’ mission is to provide outstanding customer service to present and future Schagrin customers. The Home Comfort Advisor will play a crucial role in providing homeowners with prompt solutions on Heating, Air Conditioning, and other home comfort products for their homes.
- 2+ years of HVAC experience a plus or experience with the construction industry
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proactive and well organized
- Ability to manage your own time efficiently and work independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
- Neat and clean appearance
- Be drug free and able to pass a background check
- Have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform in-home consultations to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions for their projects
- Greet or meet customers in a Schagrin Home Comfort Products showroom to review potential products for their home
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Ability to be trained on current and new products, as well as learn on their own
- Meet and exceed individual goals, as well as team goals

**Other Information**:

- Must be available to work Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm and some Saturdays
- North sales division includes all of New Castle County, with office base in Middletown, DE
- Pay structure is base salary plus commission
