League Director

Adult League Director Description

Key Responsibility Areas Include but not limited to:

- Customer retention
- Creation of league schedules
- Create and execute league policies and procedures
- Annual planning for league sessions/seasons
- Grow current offerings and identify ways to diversify
- Development of tournament event and schedules
- Selling programs across multiple departments
- Building Operations during shift and Manager on Duty Responsibilities
- Support role for our Replay Bar and Grill staff
- Assignment of game officials and maintain relationship with league assignor
- Utilize our database efficiently and accurately

Teamworks offers various programs such as summer camps, youth sports clinics, rentals, birthday parties, special events and youth sports leagues. As a part of the Teamworks team you will become knowledgeable in all aspects.

Schedule:
The Adult League Director will be responsible for working when their leagues operate. These shifts will include evenings/nights and 1 weekend shift. This is a 40hrs per week Full time position.

Compensation:
Base Salary with benefits, performance incentive potential, sponsorship commission

Pay: $42,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Weekends as needed
