**What Qualifications You’ll Need**:

- Proof of an achieved degree from an accredited college or university in education or human services related field as defined by the appropriate state licensing agency.
- 2 plus years (2500 Hours) childcare experience

**What You’ll Do**:

- Be a role model by making a positive, lasting difference in the lives of children and their families.
- Cultivate a sensitive, patient early learning environment for both children and families.
- Plan and implement dynamic curricula to ensure fun, child-centered, and age-appropriate lessons are offered.
- Provide effective and timely communication of each child’s progress to families.
- Maintain a healthy environment through light cleaning and supporting personal care routines of the children.
- Supervise each child in your care by being able to identify, SEE, HEAR, DIRECT and ASSIST, always ensuring a safe environment.
- Uphold all YMCA, State, and Quality Rating Systems policies and guidelines for overall commitment to quality in childcare.
