**Responsibilities**:

- Assists with cleaning community common areas including lobbies, hallways, activities rooms, dining rooms, elevators, etc. to present the community in a positive and impressive manner for residents and guests.
- Assists with cleaning residents’ suites on a weekly basis.
- Removing stains from items using appropriate procedures.
- Interacts with residents and guests in a friendly and courteous manner, providing assistance and directions as requested.
- Assist in laundry (where applicable)
- Clean suites in lease turn-over as directed by Manager

**Qualifications**:

- Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Current First Aid and CPR certifications
- Ability to lift a minimum of 15 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
- Prior Housekeeping and Laundry experience
- Ability to read, write and speak the English language
- Ability to understand and follow universal precaution procedures.
- Experience working with the senior population helpful, specifically in a healthcare environment

Pay: $16.00 - $17.25 per hour
