Botanical Bartender

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Bartender/ Barista or hospitality worker to join our team. As a Botanical Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests while upselling, hosting events, opening and closing, restocking and cleaning the space. Your role will involve preparing and serving a variety of Non Alcoholic mocktials, coffees, teas and botanical beverages, as well as maintaining a clean and organized bar area. We are located in a tourist town and require top tier customer serivce and a possitive attitude.

**Duties**:

- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, inform them of our botanical products.
- Take drink orders from customers and provide recommendations
- Prepare and serve non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences
- Ensure that the bar area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies
- Collect payment from customers and process transactions accurately using cash registers or POS systems
- Monitor botanical consumption of customers and enforce age restrictions
- Maintain knowledge of current drink trends, ingredients, and brewing techniques
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
- upsell the products in the store, mention our nightly events and art gallery, merch

**Experience**:

- Previous experience as a Bartender / barista or hospitality worker, in a cafe, restaurant, hotel or bar setting
- Strong knowledge of various beverages, mixology techniques, and drink recipes
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and cash register operation
- Excellent math skills for calculating bills, handling money, and making change
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to interact with diverse clientele
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
