**Install Manager**

We are searching for a Install Manager to lead our Installation team in Novato, CA.

As an Install Manager in our Install department, which consists of HVAC, Sewer and Plumbing, you will be managing a team of HVAC and Plumbing Installers to install heating and air as well as plumbing systems in our customer’s home. You will also:

- Plan, schedule, and manage HVAC, plumbing, and/or drains installation projects from start to finish.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure on-time delivery.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure work is performed safely and efficiently.
- Ensure that all installations meet industry standards and local building codes.
- Conduct quality inspections and address any deficiencies or issues with installations.
- Maintain positive client relationships by delivering high-quality service and resolving issues promptly.
- Ensure that all installation activities adhere to safety regulations and guidelines.
- Implement safety training and protocols for the installation team.
- Other duties may be assigned by the needs of the company.

**Do I Have What It Takes?**
- HVAC / Plumbing certification or relevant licenses.
- 5+ years of experience in HVAC Installation, or construction management.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and installation.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
- Safety certifications and training.
