**Allied Universal is Hiring Full Time Security Compliance Officers at Baltimore/Washington International **Thurgood Marshall Airport in Baltimore, Maryland**

Shifts Available: Morning, Afternoon, Overnight

Pay Rate: $16. 75 per hour

Weekly pay as well as DailyPay, work today, get paid today options

- **Must have at least 6 months of security experience.**:

- **Must have a Driver's License with a clean driving record.**

As an Allied Universal Security Compliance Officer, your daily duties are to include the overall of backing and enforcing Maryland Aviation Administration's (MAA) daily rules and regulations; not to limit our direct daily duties. Compliance Officers work closely with MAA Security, TSA, Maryland Transportation Authority Police, as well as the Badging Office to enforce rules and regulations; Security Sensitive Information (SSI), will also be handled frequently throughout your shift on a daily basis.

**Qualifications & Responsibilities**:

- Excellent organizational skills
- The ability to perform basic tasks on the computer. This may include navigating a browser, operating software systems, and completing any other tasks that make it possible to do your job.
- Ability to speak and communicate effectively in a group and/or individual setting
- Daily Portal checks leading to all secured areas ensuring all locks are functioning
- Pier walks to ensure all safety guidelines are in order
- Walking for the entire shift
- Ensuring that all employees are implementing all airport security procedures
- Ability to conduct audits
- Ability to conduct door/portal inspections
- Outside perimeter and ramp checks

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Be at least 21 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
