Packaging Agent

**Job Summary**:
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**

This position includes, but is not limited to, assisting the Post-Harvest/Cultivation Manager and at times managing the following:

- Always maintain MRA Compliance.
- Always maintain hygiene in accordance with post-harvest activities.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Report all product waste to Post-Harvest/Cultivation Manager.
- Ensure poor quality product is separated from quality product in accordance with grow rating system and Post-Harvest/Cultivation Manager is notified.
- Responsible for safety procedures and adherence in area of responsibility.
- Ensure organization of separate strains during de-budding and trimming process.
- Responsible for packaging finished product for storage/batching.
- Responsible for weighing and recording weights, then reporting to the Post-Harvest Manager.
- Working understanding of the METRC system.

- Ability to gather, track, and report on metrics associated with areas of responsibility.

**PHYSICAL DEMANDS / ENVIRONMENT**
- Available to work during Harvest activities
- Available to work 40+ hours per 7-day week
- Available to work Weekends when requested
- Able to lift 30Lbs

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

**Experience**:

- Manufacturing: 1 year (preferred)
- Packaging: 1 year (preferred)
- Computer literacy: 4 years (preferred)
- Organizational skills: 1 year (preferred)
