Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, trash disposal
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, common areas, kitchen, and fellowship hall
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Repair/Rectify basic building maintenance issues, repairs, and safety hazards
- Maintain outdoor areas and building entrances
- Support the work of both church and child care staff
- Perform special cleaning/maintenance projects as assigned
- Joyfully support the needs of staff and church members as directed

- Knowledge of and experience in facilities maintenance practices
- Strong attention to detail while performing duties of job
- Capability to work independently and within a team
- Good communication skills for interacting with staff, pastor, committees, and council
- Ability to analyze and solve problems
- Ability to climb stairs, lift a minimum of 25 pounds, climb a 10-foot ladder
- Completion of (4) required background checks upon receiving job offer

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
