**Responsibilities**:
**What is a Solar Specialist?**

We are currently filling limited openings for Solar Specialists. In this role, you will conduct Solar consultations with homeowners that analyze their electricity usage while explaining the energy offset and incentives they may qualify for. To ensure a great customer experience, you will also be their main point of contact until the panels are installed on their roof. Daily leads will be provided by our fantastic setter team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct sales presentations with prospective customers in their home
- Educate potential clients about the benefits of solar - saving + environment
- Analyze electricity usage, confirm customer wants and needs while developing rapport to enable you to close the sale
- Manage accounts from an initial consultation to installation
- Ensure a positive and high-quality customer experience
- Participate in ongoing training camps focused on increasing your earning potential, team building and mentoring from our leaders

Qualifications:
**Income Expectation**:
On Target Earnings: $130k-$200k

Potential for a promotion into Senior Solar Specialist within 12 months and earn 2x Solar Consultant Earnings

Weekly Pay

W2

**Qualifications**:
Comfortable and confident at giving presentations.

English/Spanish and English/ Mandarin Chinese bilingual preferred but not required

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Outgoing, Positive, and solution-oriented attitude

Valid driver's license and clean driving record; own vehicle
