We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team and establish partnerships with local clinics to grow our allergy services.

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a skilled Sales Representative to establish and maintain relationships with local clinics to promote our allergy services. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clinic staff, and negotiating agreements to secure partnerships. Your primary focus will be on generating new revenue streams by expanding our presence in the local clinic market.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and target potential clinic partners in the local area
- Develop and maintain relationships with clinic staff, including physicians, office managers, and medical assistants
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our allergy services
- Negotiate agreements with clinic partners, including pricing, contract terms, and service delivery
- Identify and address any issues or concerns that may arise during the partnership process
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline development, and partner relationships
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to maintain a competitive edge

**Requirements**:

- High School Diploma
- 2+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Proven track record of success in establishing partnerships and generating new revenue streams
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in the allergy or healthcare industry
- Knowledge of medical billing and insurance reimbursement processes
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs) systems

Pay: $45,181.76 - $54,412.44 per year
