Job Responsibilities:
As a nurse at Lenawee Medical Care Facility, you’ll be at the forefront of resident well-being and day-to-day care, working with your household team of CNAs and support staff members to provide the best and most appropriate care for each of our residents. You will provide direct bedside care based on the resident’s plan of care under the
guidance of our Director of Nursing and physician’s orders. Nurses collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, physicians, resident, and the resident’s representative to create a plan of care, implement and continually evaluate that the plan is successful.
Qualifications:
- Current State of Michigan Nursing License required.
- CPR Certification required.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Provide proof of a High School Diploma or GED.
- Pass a Criminal Background Check, Pre-employment Physical and Drug Screen.
