Environmental Laboratory Technician

Environmental laboratory looking for reliable, competent employee(s) to run various chemistry and microbiology analysis. Also includes preparatory work such as making reagents, washing glassware, experiments for data controls, and preventative maintenance on equipment. Must be a great multi-tasker and work well with others. Science background preferred. Hours are Mon-Fri 9-5:30 though weekends and holidays maybe required at times.
- Lift 50 Lbs
- Stand for long periods time
- Be familiar with lab safety
- Follow written procedures
- Aptitude for numbers and computers
- Work independently
- Ability to multi task
- Work quickly and efficiently under pressure with high sample volumes
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
