Cpsw Group Sales

This seasonal position works directly with the Group Sales Department to assist in the booking and execution of Corporate, Youth and Small Group catered and non-catered events

Specific Responsibilities
Other responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: fielding incoming calls and inputting reservations into our ticketing and catering systems, processing payments for group ticket programs, assisting with incremental sales to include catered meals and other add-ons, contacting leads that have been submitted to the park, and providing support for Guest Services inquiries as needed.
Answers incoming calls and take small group and youth reservations.
Provides accurate product and program information including suggesting up-sell products.
Maintains a high level of accuracy for information given and data entry for reservations.
