**Job description**
- **Direct Support Specialist (Caregiver)**_
Imagine Supported Living Services is looking for a caregiver to help provide support to a young adult with autism, epilepsy & behavior challenges.
**IMAGINE SUPPORTED LIVING SERVICES **is a non-profit agency providing individualized, consumer directed support to adults with intellectual disabilities who live in their own homes throughout Santa Cruz County. Home Support Specialists work on a one to one basis, with an adult who has a developmental disability in that person's private residence.
**Varying shifts available: Monday, Thursday-Sunday. Mornings, Evenings, and Overnights.**
This is an ideal job for those interested in social service fields, behavioral health, Direct Support Professionals, CNAs, home care aids, caregivers or behavior therapists, psychology, etc.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Background check clearance
- Experience in a related field
- Ability and willingness to support individuals with challenging behavior.
- Successful training in, and use of, First Aid/CPR and QBS Safety Care
If necessary, the agency will provide CPR certification and QBS Safety Care training.
Work Location: In person

Pay: $16.00 - $29.00 per hour

**Experience**:
- Caregiving: 1 year (preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (required)

- Aptos, CA: Relocate before starting work (required)
