**ABOUT PATH**
Since its foundation in 1984, PATH (People Assisting The Homeless) has pioneered bold and effective approaches to assist people experiencing homelessness. PATH operates services throughout California, connecting our clients to a comprehensive continuum of homelessness prevention, street outreach, employment preparation and placement assistance, individualized case management, supportive services, interim housing, and permanent supportive housing.

**ABOUT THE JOB**
As part of the Cal AIM team, the Cal AIM Project Director will assume a key leadership role to help formulate, administer, and build capacity for PATH's Cal AIM program throughout the State. The Director will oversee program compliance assessment, implementation, development, and management to ensure alignment with operational systems and best practices.

Position Responsibilities include:

- Oversee the risk management of PATH's clinical programs with an assessment of capacity and operations to confirm the program's ability to comply with contract, federal, state, county, and managed care regulations. Assist in the identification of any contractual risks to PATH and work with the team to mitigate any risk or liabilities.
- Serve as an expert on grant/contract compliance and interpretation of Cal AIM and state DHCS regulations and provide guidance to Clinical QAC and program staff.
- Provide leadership as PATH begins to further develop and implement critical strategies around Cal AIM services.
- Respond to and complete all licensing and certification required for Cal AIM contracting with county entities and manage care insurance providers.
- Develop procedures for documentation, billing, invoicing, finances, and managing care plans within the Cal AIM program.
- Support negotiations and implementation of new and existing Cal AIM initiatives.
- Train staff on new processes and systems.
- Support program directors with project management activities to ensure implementation tasks are completed.
- Monitor and analyze data on programmatic goals and outcomes and report on trends and improvement efforts.
- Support program staff in interpreting and using analysis for program improvement.
- Assist in developing the role of the quality assurance and compliance department within Cal AIM.
- Support and facilitate the development and implementation of clinical protocols and policy and procedures and ensure that they are aligned with the regulatory and contractual requirements as well as ensuring alignment with our internal core systems, workflows, and processes.
