Yard Hand

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist Marine Technicians with completing service
- Cleaning interior of boats
- Waxing, compounding, wet sanding boats
- Perform various yard maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, and edging lawn
- Operate power tools and equipment to complete assigned tasks
- Conduct regular landscape maintenance, including planting, watering, and fertilizing
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the yard and storage areas
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair equipment as needed
- Assist with groundskeeping duties such as debris removal and litter control
- Use hand tools to perform tasks such as pruning, weeding, and mulching
- Participate in snow plowing and ice removal during winter months

**Skills**:

- Proficient in operating power tools and equipment commonly used in yard maintenance
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and perform basic repairs on equipment
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team to complete assigned tasks
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks in various weather conditions

Pay: $17.62 - $18.59 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 48 per week
