Production Manager

Job Overview:
Join our team as a Production Manager where you will oversee plant management, operations management, systems, supply chain, lean manufacturing, fabrication processes, supply chain management, production planning, and mechanical knowledge. You will play a key role in ensuring efficient production processes and meeting quality standards.

**Duties**:

- Manage and optimize plant operations to ensure smooth production processes.
- Implement and oversee production systems to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Utilize lean manufacturing principles to streamline operations and reduce waste.
- Supervise Modification o meet production targets.
- Collaborate with teams to develop fool-proof production plans.
- Oversee production schedules and adjust as needed to meet deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Address any production issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Lead and mentor production staff to foster a positive work environment.

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in plant management and operations management.
- Strong background in supply chain management and production planning.
- Knowledge of mechanical processes and equipment.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in production management, preferably in the LED lighting industry

Pay: $50,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Manufacturing: 5 years (preferred)
- Management: 2 years (preferred)
