**Qualifications**:
**1. Certifications**: IRS PTIN and Maryland registered tax preparer

**2. Experience**: Proven experience as a Tax Preparer or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of tax codes and regulations.

**3. Software Proficiency**: Familiarity with tax preparation software and a strong aptitude for learning new technologies.

**4. Communication Skills**: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
