**We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join our team in our Gilbert, AZ office.**

**Our Payroll Specialist is responsible for the following**:

- New hire entries and employee terminations
- Process weekly payrolls for both W2 and 1099 contractors
- Weekly, bi-weekly and monthly billing
- Review contracts, agreements, and purchase orders as it relates to processing contractor payroll and client invoicing
- Other duties as assigned
- Arrive in business attire Monday - Thursday. Enjoy Casual Fridays

**Required Qualifications**:

- Exceptional attention to detail is the key skill you will need to be successful in this position
- Multi-state payroll experience required
- Intermediate to strong skills in MS Office, including Excel and Outlook
- Must be well organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Some schedule flexibility is ideal during payroll processing days
- Must be a self-starter who can prioritize tasks and manage deadlines

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
