**ABOUT US**:
Watergate at Landmark (WAL) is a Luxury high-rise condominium community in Alexandria’s West End. WAL is seeking a full-time, person to paint indoor common areas such as basic infrastructure repair for the property, and outdoor surfaces.

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Perform painting duties such as priming, painting, and finishing surfaces
- Prepare walls and other surfaces before painting to include drywall and wallpaper
- Seasonal painting of common areas i.e. picnic tables, benches, gazebos, pool
- Mix and match colors for touch-ups and complete projects
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Painter with expertise in industrial painting
- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools, line striper, spraying equipment, ceiling texture machines, and screw guns for painting tasks
- Knowledge of concrete finishing and drywall techniques
- Ability to read and interpret schematics for painting projects
- Experience in fixture installation, renovation, and maintenance is a plus
- Ability to interact with residents, staff, and contractors in a professional, friendly and courteous manner.
- Knowledge of and certification in OSHA standards and procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team

**ADDITIONAL INFORMATION**:
A pre-employment background check and drug screening will be required prior to hire.
