**About Us**:
**Pyramid Construction Services, LLC** is currently hiring a **Project Administrator** to work in our Wormleysburg/Lemoyne office. The **Project Administrator** assists & supports the Project Management team by performing administrative functions such as assisting in transmitting of documents, general Document Controls, monthly billings, assisting in subcontractor & supplier billings/invoices, and other tasks as assigned by the Project Manager.

**What You Will Do**:

- Coordinate with Project Managers and Estimating Assistant to prepare for bid day
- Setup all project information including, setting up the project in Viewpoint, project directory in outlook, and project files with submittals
- Collaborate with Project Managers to create and distribute all contracts and subcontracts
- Collaborate with Project Managers on purchase order and change order process, along with invoice and payment requisitions
- Responsible for tracking all contracts, subcontracts and purchase orders
- Process and track Certified Payroll if necessary, for a project
- Maintain all certificates of insurance for each contractor/subcontractor on each job, including verifying all requirements are met, and expiration dates
- Responsible for typing all project related meeting minutes
- Act as backup to the receptionist as needed

**What You Will Bring**:

- One year of project administration experience
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Ability to balance and successfully complete multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail
